Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to submit feedback as part of the National Services Review. Feedback closed on Monday 31 August for staff and families.

For all of us, this has been a challenging time as we’ve moved back into different Alert Levels and once again adjusting to new COVID-19 restrictions.

Because of this, we wanted to ensure that everyone had enough time to read our proposal and provide their thoughts on how we can better our services in the future.

For the past seven weeks now, we have been collating feedback from around the country from the people we support and their families, IHC members, Associations and staff.

We are currently reading through all of the comments, after which we intend to share widely along with details of next steps.
