Autumn on the Lake
SOLD
I love autumn and during Anzac weekend, I captured this stunning image of trees reflecting on Lake Alexandria. Through his autistic lens he has an eye for texture, the unusual and captures details of things most of us don’t notice. Through his camera he allows us a glimpse into his world.
Blinding Light
SOLD
A painting of a man, face partially out of frame, with his arms crossed over his chest. Light fills the background, and the colours are muted and natural. The markmaking is fuzzy and slightly abstracted, yet overall realistic and a bit dreamy.
The Midnight Hoot
SOLD
It was Barry’s housemate’s idea to do an owl. “How do I do that?” Suz to the rescue, with a cardboard stencil shape. And he’s away, painting to his heart’s content, and with Barry’s final touch of brilliance, tile embellishment.
Field of Colour (After Rothko)

Exploring the interplay of colours and textures through the medium of acrylic blocks. Thickly applied acrylic blocks float within one another, reminiscent of the iconic works of Rothko. As each layer accumulates, a profound depth emerges, drawing the viewer into a mesmerising realm of visual richness.

The inspiration for my painting “The Unusual Sisters and Their Cats” came from my sisters and their cats over quite a few years.
