IHC believes people with intellectual disability have the right to learn, work and enjoy life as part of the community.

Work is something most of us take for granted. However for a large number of people with intellectual disabilities work is not part of their life. IHC wants to change this.

Through employment people with intellectual disabilities not only benefit from the wages they receive but are included in their communities, ascribed valued roles and enabled to grow and developed.
